Golden Gate Integral Counseling is a beautiful and tranquil counseling center that is dedicated to providing high quality affordable psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Therapists are advanced level graduate and post graduate students in the Integral Counseling Program of the School of Professional Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). What is unique about Golden Gate Integral Counseling is that each of our therapists, in addition to having completed substantial training in the practice of psychotherapy, is also deeply committed to their own spiritual practice and to a vision of psychology that stands at the interface of psychotherapy and spirituality.
This orientation integrates modern Western perspectives with Eastern contemplative wisdom such that each person that walks through our doors is held with a profound sense of respect for the authentic individual that they are. We have early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend hours available, and sliding scale fees increase the accessibility of our services to the community.
