I can help you to recognize and heal the thoughts, images, behaviors, and emotions that keep you feeling this way.
I hold my clients in an unconditionally positive, empathic, environment while helping them to address the meaning of their suffering. Together, we explore mind, relations, gender, soul, emotions, body, and spirit.
I am committed to the evolution of human consciousness: attention, intention, and awareness. I want to see you flourish in dignity & love.
I specialize in addressing issues of gender, sexuality, and communication/intimacy issues. I help clients discover how they define themselves as a being in gender. I assist them in relating to positive and negative masculine and feminine energies and assist them in embodying the strengths of both genders; processes of gender refinement and gender balancing, respectively. Finally, we explore how embodying a single chosen gender can influence our sex lives and our lives in general.
I also address issues of addiction, religion, esteem, anxiety, fear, codependency and narcissism. I have a unique gift for helping integrate meditative, contemplative, creative, and dream experiences.
My work relies on insights made by: Psychosynthesis, Cognitive, Process, Breath, and Transpersonal Psychologies accompanied by Hinduism, Tantra, Buddhism, and Christianity. Please inquire about my group, Interfaith Spiritual Practices Brought Down to Earth in Right Relationships.
