Careers in Nutrition
For 16 years, Bauman College has offered premier educational training in holistic nutrition. We developed three career paths:Nutrition Educator, Nutrition Consultant and Natural Chef. Nutrition Consultant Training Program
Learn to successfully help others achieve optimal health. Delve into cross-cultural whole food nutrition, metabolic assessment, global research, conduct in-depth diet and lifestyle evaluations, up-to-date nutritional protocols, devise nutritional wellness programs and business development.
Work in your community with health care professionals, schools, in businesses and private settings.
• Nutrition Educator, 350 hrs, 10 Months • Nutrition Consultant, 350 hrs. NE prerequisite, 10 Months

• Distance Learning program-Many students prefer to receive our excellent nutrition training at home. Our Distance Learning program brings the classroom to the student, giving one the flexibility and freedom to pursue high quality holistic education.
BA and MA Degrees
New College of CA, North Bay, offers BA completion and MA degree programs, which utilize Bauman College training for concentrations in Holistic Nutrition Education and Holistic Nutrition Consulting. www.newcollege.edu/northbay
Natural Chef Training Program
Study at the premier professional organic cooking school and learn to create organic, seasonal gourmet, Eating for Health TM cuisine with flavor and flare. This program emphasizes nutritional and therapeutic cooking. Natural Chefs are in great demand as the need for good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle becomes more apparent.
Work as a personal chef preparing wellness or therapeutic cuisine, cooking instructor, or natural food restaurant chef.
