Blue Alchemy presents a contemporary look at the use of Woad, a natural pigment produced by the plant, Isatis Tinctoria. Cultivated as a textile dye since the prehistoric era, it fell out of favor around the 1850s when replaced by synthetic, coal tar-based colors.

For over 20 years, muralist Daniel Camacho has devoted his life to public art. Roots of My Heart is his first solo show, featuring drawings and paintings never before displayed, as well as his trademark banner-style paintings. The exhibit runs May 2-June 21.
